Ran for 1:10 mins with some decent hills thrown in. This was a good long(er) distance benchmark run for me. My heart rate maxed out @ 177 on the two longest and steepest hills, whereas this past winter not only did a I crawl up those hills, but my heart rate was 180 and higher.
The legs also felt great considering I had my fastest 55+ mile ride yesterday on some rolling terrain.
I honestly feel ready to do Timberman.
And these next 8 weeks are gonna be icing on the cake!
