and I feel a LOT better today! Monday and Tuesday were just plain old baaaad days after last weekend's efforts.
We did:
4 x 600, with times of not sure, 10:25, 10:08, 10:05.
10 x 50 on 1:10.
So I was happy to be holding a 1:41 pace on the last 600 and I felt like I wasn't working as hard as the other 600's.
MUCH better swim today!
