You totally got this though. It is going to suck, but it is nothing you can't handle. And just keep remembering how good it is going to feel to cross that finish line in July.
"I am scared shitless" ha ha me too. Crazy right? I try to just look at it day by day and not look too far ahead to what is coming or else I get FREAKED out. Also my body fully rejected the idea of running off the bike the other day. I got it done, but it was a FIGHT.
You can do this.....you just have to take one day at a time and try not to worry about whats coming up next week. The IM trainig and an IM race is like eating an elephant......if you break it down into small pieces it is much more manageable than trying to eat the whole lot in one go. ps - I saw the look in your eyes staring back at me in the mirror for 3 months :)
Um...I think I could have made the same blog video! I'm kind of freaking out right now too!! BUT, I know we will get through this and it will be all worth it once we cross that finish line!!
Love it...nothing like scaring the rest of us doing Lake Placid or any other IM. What kills me too is the weekday 2hr+ workouts...nothing like doing a 2hr run before work...those mean 4am start times for me...

Break the training up into small parts, its less daunting.
Totally hear you though, sometimes the body is just like F-YOU!!! and you have to accept that.
