They actually say about 800- 1000 cal per hour for a run! Weekend was great! Great run for you! its getting there!
Welcome back to runner-hood!
Your Garmin is as beat up as mine :) Had a lovely weekend. Now back to the grind (although I probably shouldn't complain if I can be reading your blog while working...) :D
Get some, baby! Nice work! Which garmin is that? I like how small it is...
Nice run! And, more importantly, no pain?!?
Beginning slow clap and progressing at fat pace to feverish level clap!!!Weekend was awesome: 26mi of running, return of The Living Dead, Steelers won, I ate clean, calf no longer is sore, just a good weekend all around!
Had a great weekend, thank you for asking. Now how are your laps set? 30 minute intervals? I have my abacus and all toes and fingers out trying to calculate how you set up your auto-lap and well let's just say I am not being successful right now.
Yay for a good run! :)
I ran the exact same amount of time as you yesterday! Except covered far less surface area of the planet. YAY!
Looks like a good run!
Glad you are back to running!
YAY! That is so awesome Jon!
YAY!!! I love the calories though... that was the icing on those pictures!
Nice!I love that your Garmin is just as scratched and beat up as mine.Other than both my Tigers and Lions losing, it was a good weekend complete with a marathon PR. No complaints from me.
Great weekend. Glad you are back to feeling like a runner!
You mean the 9300 calories I lost during my century ride was wrong!!!! I ate 9300 calories later that day to make up for it Congrats on the running
Welcome back to the running world :)
I'm not on twitter yet, I'm starting to realize that maybe I should join, haha
Don't be shy! Leave me a comment!
