Anti-inflams are hard on your liver, and ice can often cause injuries to become dormant and leave the area susceptible to future injury. Let me know if you have any questions! I'm happy to help as much as I can over cyberworld.Happy Spleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17825136701107786968noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-272746327697367079.post-48087454237081409252010-09-25T10:01:20.783-04:002010-09-25T10:01:20.783-04:00That totally sucks Jon! Getting some blood flow to the area helps too; gentle massage. Aslo, try lying on the floor with you legs up on a chair or your coffee table (so that your calves are resting on the surface). It will take a lot of stress off your back.

If all else fails, a muscle relaxer and a glass of wine. I am not joking. I speak from years of experience.Reginahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09860306741449772444noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-272746327697367079.post-28987769540255255942010-09-24T11:33:55.408-04:002010-09-24T11:33:55.408-04:00AWESOME tip on the brush the teeth thing. After a few days I ended up going to a chiropractor, and it really helped. I am not big on chiros in general, but I could have kissed that guy that day for fixing me. He said that I needed to really work on stretching (yoga) to prevent it.

Hope you get better soon.Caratunk Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00042653100322091843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-272746327697367079.post-22715511342057036992010-09-24T10:48:08.683-04:002010-09-24T10:48:08.683-04:00Welll my college nickname was the Doctor due only ...Welll my college nickname was the Doctor due only to my initials...but sorry no experience to help you.
